About us

WHO WE ARE

01

EcoImpact Solutions is founded on the belief that water scarcity and climate solutions abound. We support communities, organizations, and businesses to identify and implement science-based solutions.
We rely on extensive professional adaptation experience and a passion for building systemic resilience to offer creative, evidence-based responses to environmental change. The founder, Dr. Emile Elias, has worked on climate and water solutions with individuals and teams within non-profit, municipal, state, federal, and academic settings, and now leverages her experience to support local and regional water and climate solutions. As a hydrologist and long-term Director of a federal climate service organization, Dr. Elias brings a passion for working with people and communities to build effective local solutions.
